The following Terms and Conditions are applicable whenever you access www.myskos.com , use or purchase any products through the website.
1.0 The SKOS office is located currently in Sharjah
1.2 The logo and the artwork are solely owned by the company. Any unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited and legal actions can be taken.
2.1 All the information provided by you during checkout must be accurate. Providing any inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 When SKOS tries to contact you for any situation requiring clarification and you are not available due to invalid details, we can take appropriate steps.
2.3 SKOS is not responsible for any kind of losses which has occurred when failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
3.1 We ensure that pricing on our website is as accurate as possible.
3.2 Prices are subject to change for any product on the website. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.
3.3 If the price change takes place before checkout, the new price will be displayed in the cart and the buyer is liable to pay the new displayed price.
3.4 If at any point in time wrong price for an item is displayed on our website and any customer buys the item, SKOS reserves complete rights to cancel the order and all the refunds will be made to the customers account. He will not be charged for any transactions. He will also be informed prior in advance before cancelling his order.
3.5 The exchange rate between different currencies will be decided at our sole discretion. Depending upon the current market value.
4.0 Refund and Exchange Policy
4.1 SKOS provides no refund for goods bought from us. Hence, please be sure that the products in your cart are the products you need.
4.2 Refund will be made only in one scenario; If a product is brought from our website and is not in stock with us then the client has an option of either asking for refund or waiting for the stocks to be replenished. The client will be informed duly if such a situation occurs.
4.3 The exchange of goods can be done by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org . The customer is liable to pay for both ways shipping charges.
4.4 Before returning any products please contact us at email@example.com
4.5 If ‘do not remove tag’ has been removed from the product, it is no more liable for exchange.
4.6 If the product has been used or found damaged by SKOS, it will not be liable for exchange and the same product will be returned with the customer paying for all shipping charges.
4.7 If the product or size is not what you ordered, SKOS will bear both way shipping charges.
4.8 Exchange is possible within 3 days of receiving the products.
4.9 Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
5.0 Orders and Cancellations
5.1 If the customer places an order with www.myskos.com, he/she accepts all the Terms and Conditions.
5.2 After placing an order with us, you will receive an email with the details of the order. Once your order has been processed you would receive a second email giving details of airway bill and the approximate time of delivery.
5.3 If a product goes out of stock or has been removed from the site before checkout, it will also be removed from the cart.
5.4 Users below 18 years of age are not allowed to do shopping from our website. SKOS is not responsible if any minor (below the age of 18) places an order and makes a purchase. It is the responsibility of the legal guardian.
5.5 All the orders will be treated in the same way, but SKOS reserves the right to cancel an order due to any reason and the reason would be communicated with the Customer immediately. The full amount charged to customer will be refunded accordingly.
6.0 Processing of Payments
6.1 For online payment you can pay through credit pay with VISA and MASTERCARD.
6.3 All your orders will be processed after the online payments have been verified and transferred into SKOS account.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
6.4 The customer can also choose to have the products delivered with Cash on Delivery option. This is applicable only for shipments within UAE. (Domestic shipments)
6.5 Extra Charges of AED 15 (4 US$ app.) will apply for COD shipments.
7.0 Shipping and Delivery
7.1 The shipping and delivery for SKOS is done by Aramex.
7.2 Aramex does not ship to P.O Box No. Hence a complete physical shipping address needs to be provided.
7.3 The shipping address provided must be upto date. If the address is not complete and the delivery does not take place, the customer takes complete responsibility upon himself.
7.4 Domestic shipments: The product will be delivered within 2-3 working days after your order has been processed.
7.5 Domestic shipments: Delivery within UAE is Free of Charge for payment done through paypal. For COD an additional charge of AED 15 (4 US$ app.) would be applied on the total order.
7.6 International shipments: The product will be delivered within 4-5 working days after your order has been processed. Please note that, these are ideal situations and can vary accordingly.
7.7 International shipments: If your goods fail to reach you within 15 working days you will have an option of cancelling the order with full refund. This will not apply if by any chance they are stuck with the Custom departments in your country.
7.8 International shipments: The shipping rates to all the other countries will be displayed on the screen before checkout.
7.9 www.myskos.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
7.10 A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/ or weight limits or parcels by the courier/ postal company. The cardholder should be aware of possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardhorler’s monthly statement.
8.0 Import Duty or Other Customs Tax
8.1 The customers are liable to pay any import duty or customs tax to the courier company on the day of delivery. He/She must familiarize themselves with their countries’ import rules and regulations. SKOS does not get involved in the customs regulations.
8.2 If any item is stopped at the customs due to any reasons, SKOS will not be held responsible for the same. We will try our best to get it cleared within the rules and regulations of the countries.
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and any such changes will be communicated through our website. All users are responsible to be aware of the same and them using the website means they agree to the Terms and Conditions.
9.2 SKOS will not be responsible on how the customer uses the sold item.
9.3 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
9.4 United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
9.5 The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law).
9.6 If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
9.7 The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
9.8 We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
