1. DOES SKOS OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS?
For domestic orders, we charge 15 aed for all cash on delivery orders.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.

1. DOES SKOS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally.
2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING COST ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders (Internationally).
3. CAN I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?
Yes we accept international return, but the customer will need to pay the shipping costs.
1. WHAT IS SKOS RETURN POLICY?
We now accept returns on domestic (UAE). Return will be for changing of sizes only. We accept unworn, full-priced items purchased from www.myskos.com within 30 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. International orders can be returned but the customer needs to pay the shipping costs. If you are returning in the UAE, you have the option of returning in SKOS office or send back the item through Aramex.

1. HOW DOES SKOS FIT?
SKOS fit true to size and are available in
EU sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up to the nearest whole
size. Sizing may vary by natural construction as they are individually
hand stitched. Your SKOS will slightly stretch with wear and conform to the
shape of your feet. Please refer to the sizing chart.
2. HOW LONG DOES A PAIR OF SKOS ESPADRILLES LAST?
SKOS are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. Espadrilles typically last about 6 months as they are truly a seasonal shoe. It’s the price you pay for their natural construction – a Jute Sole and cotton upper rather than rubber or plastic. We like to think it of it as part of their charm.
3. ARE SKOS ESPADRILLES WATERPROOF?
SKOS don’t do well in the rain so we
recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape
longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles. A damp sponge can help remove
some dirt from the cotton upper.
4. HOW DO I CLEAN MY SKOS ESPADRILLES?
A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton
or leather upper of your SKOS. We also recommend mixing a little laundry
detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush
your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!
5. WHERE ARE SKOS MANUFACTURED?
SKOS are manufactured in our factories in
Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe
working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once
a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working
